Omega Will Coordination Package – Process Outline
Step One: Estate Intake & Information Gathering
We begin by scheduling an appointment to complete the Omega Estate Intake Form. This essential first step ensures that nothing is overlooked and that we have an accurate picture of your entire estate. During this process, we will identify every asset, insurance policy, account, and arrangement you currently have in place.
If you were referred by a law firm or financial professional, they may assist you in completing this step to ensure accuracy and alignment across your entire planning team.
Step Two: Construction of Your Customized Estate Binder
Based on the information gathered, our team begins designing and constructing your customized Omega Organizational Binder. This binder is tailored specifically to your unique situation and becomes the central organizing tool for your estate.
Our design team ensures that your binder includes the appropriate sections, tabs, forms, and organizational components required to simplify and clarify your estate plan.
Step Three: In-Home Implementation of the Organizational Process
Once your binder is prepared, we schedule an appointment at your home to complete the binder-building process.
You don’t need to worry about a thing—we bring everything required, including:
-
A hole punch
-
Laminator
-
Sheet protectors
-
Labels and tabs
-
Document sleeves
-
Any other tools necessary to build your “Gift of Love”
During this appointment, we will also create a detailed task list based on any issues discovered, such as:
-
Beneficiary designation mistakes
-
Letters of instruction that need to be drafted
-
Accounts or documents that require filing or updating
-
Missing forms or organizational gaps that need attention
If any documents require notarization, we take care of that on-site as well.
Step Four: The Verification Process
After implementation is complete, our team conducts a full verification review.
This is where we confirm that every detail of your estate plan has been processed correctly and that all action items have been addressed.
At Omega, we believe the difference is always found in the details—this final verification step ensures nothing is missed and your estate plan is organized, coordinated, executed, and truly complete.
